Sarah is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and barrel racer. Her “fitness journey" started roughly 13 years ago with strength and conditioning coaching for select softball which continued through high school. Coming from this background, Sarah understands the importance of health and fitness as an athlete, and barrel racing is no different. Barrel Racer Fit was created out of a desire to truly make a difference in people’s lives and raise the standard for us as athletes in this sport.
