For almost 4 years, I’ve helped hundreds of women find the become stronger, faster, more balanced, more confident athletes in the saddle all while making this a sustainable lifestyle *read no gimmicks, fad diets, quick fixes, etc.*

I know as barrel racers, we want to be able to perform at our absolute best, but since most trainers haven’t actually competed in this sport, you’ve struck out in finding a program that helps you do specifically in the saddle. You need a workout plan that gives multiple workout options so you can continue while you’re on the road. You need guidance on how to navigate nutrition… especially on the road. You need to create something sustainable long term.

✔️ Individualized macros & nutrition guidance based on you, your nutrition history & your goals. I will be working with you to calculate macros & a nutrition protocol specifically for you while also providing the why behind the numbers and recommendations.

✔️ Access to a resource hub that includes multiple pieces of information on nutrition, supplements, mindset, etc. 

✔️ Monthly 45-min private coaching call with me to schedule whenever works best for you each month throughout the duration of your program. 

✔️ Workouts scheduled each week based on your schedule & when you’re competing each week. This allows the training program to work best with your busy life. 

✔️ Access to my training app that houses your workouts, progress photos, body stats, and syncs with MyFitnessPal, Fitbit, Apple Watch, and more. 

✔️ Direct access to me within the training app’s in-app messaging feature for questions, comments, life updates, program adjustments, recommendations, etc. 

✔️ Weekly check-ins to hold you accountable and allow you to reflect on your progress each week as well as set you up for success in the upcoming week. This also allows me to respond to your check-in, make adjustments, provide support & answer any questions you have.
